What we collect

The type of personal data Perspicacity Consult collects about recruitment candidates, suppliers and previous / existing clients includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Identity information – name, address, gender and personal contact details
  • Employment information – Job title, company name, work contact details and previous roles
  • Background information – interests and preferences as provided by you
  • Payment information – for our contracted suppliers and clients we may hold bank account details and tax information in order to make and receive payments, and comply with tax regulations.

This information is considered confidential. It is only processed for the below purposes;

Provision of services

  • Services provided to our customers and any information pertaining to those services
  • Maintenance of customer and supplier records and ensuring they are up to date and accurate

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Customer Relationship Management and Direct Marketing

  • Acquiring and maintaining contact information about previous, current and potential customers
  • Keeping our customers informed through newsletters and upcoming events that might be of interest

To collect information about candidates applying for roles with Perspicacity Consult. This information will be retained in alignment with our retention period.

  • Through our website: We use Google Analytics to collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Perspicacity Consult’s visitors use its website. Perspicacity Consult also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for those using the online form to contact us, logged in users and for users leaving comments on Perspicacity Consult’s blog. Perspicacity Consult never discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses. IP addresses are only visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.
  • Use of Cookies: A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns.
